What is the Botify WhatsApp API reseller program?
It is Botify's white-label partner programme: you resell Botify's WhatsApp Business API and multi-channel platform under your own brand. You buy client accounts at a wholesale discount of 40–50% off Botify's list price, set your own client prices, and invoice your clients yourself. Every tier — Silver, Gold and Platinum — is white-label.
What are the tiers and fees?
Silver is ₹4,999/month for up to 15 active clients at 40% off list (Starter and Growth plans — WhatsApp, SMS, Email). Gold is ₹9,999/month for 16–50 clients at 45% off, with all plans and all 5 channels including RCS and AI Voice Agent. Platinum is ₹24,999/month for unlimited clients at 50% off, adding Ads Manager. Every tier is white-label, with a ₹14,999 one-time brand launch fee; the ₹30,000 admin panel is one-time on Silver and Gold and included on Platinum. All prices exclude 18% GST.
How do I make money as a reseller?
You keep the difference between what you charge your clients and the wholesale price. For example, a Growth client charged at Botify's list price of ₹3,499/month leaves you ₹1,400 a month on Silver, ₹1,575 on Gold and ₹1,750 on Platinum; charged at ₹4,499 it leaves ₹2,400, ₹2,575 and ₹2,750. You can also mark up usage by up to 25% and keep all your own service fees. These are illustrations, not a promise of income.
How are messages and calls charged?
Usage is never discounted: you buy messages and calls at Botify list rates from a prepaid partner wallet and may charge your clients up to 25% more. In India a WhatsApp marketing message costs you ₹0.93 (you may charge up to ₹1.16) and a utility or OTP message ₹0.20 (up to ₹0.25).
Do I pay for clients on a free trial?
No. You pay only for active paid clients. A client in its 7-day free trial costs you nothing, and trial clients don't count towards automatic tier move-ups.
Can I change tiers as I grow?
Yes. You can move up a tier any time, and you move up automatically at your 16th and 51st active paying client. You can move down only at contract renewal. Silver is a monthly contract; Gold and Platinum are 12-month contracts.
How does billing work?
On the 1st of each month Botify invoices you in advance for the platform fee plus every active client; GST is claimable as input credit. Messages and calls debit live from your partner wallet. You invoice your own clients with your own GSTIN — a GSTIN is required to join. If an invoice is unpaid, you get 7 days' grace, after which new-client creation pauses; existing clients keep sending.
